About The Client
The Client is one of the leading suppliers of health foods, supplements, sports nutrition, and beauty care categories in Canada. Their business model is Omnichannel with 37 stores all over Canada to deliver high-quality products from different locations.
Problem Statement
With 37 physical stores located in Canada, the client wanted to deliver online ordering services to leverage the omnichannel experience. It was a great challenge to build one single website to manage all 37 stores and sync their data so that the customers can see the availability of the products online.
Along with the online store solution to foster online ordering, the client was also looking to implement a system for POS sales and management. Moreover, being in Magento 1, the existing system had limited features and functionalities.
Solution
Our eCommerce experts recommended the client migrate the existing system from Magento 1 to Magento 2 with some significant feature and functionality upgrades. Aim was to deliver a cost-effective and user-friendly solution that could offer better engagement and a smooth checkout process.
