An absolute giant of a name in the USA- for providing quality pharmaceutical services in manufacturing vitamins, minerals, and herb supplements, Solaray Inc. has over 8000+ operating outlets across the country.
Problem Statement
The previous design was built on a conventional technology stack and outdated features. Despite having a greater customer base, the online orders were not significant. The conclusion was quite apparent that they needed a redesign that is beautiful yet user-friendly and boosts engagement.
Even though the traffic was as expected, things such as old store design, limited product categories, lack of user-friendly UX, and smart custom modules needed huge changes because of a very low conversion rate.
Solution
Our Shopify store development roadmap and methodology were pretty clear in time. A thorough analysis of the existing system & architecture, existing platform limitations, client business, etc. helped to re-design and build a scalable solution that increases conversions and online sales.
User-friendly UI/UX designs were crafted with triggering CTAs, intriguing Upsell/Cross-sell features like Product Recommendations through Quizzes, Special Discounts to Specific Customers, Subscriptions ( Auto-purchase ), Product Bundles, Campaign Landing Pages for various occasions, etc.
